Spring is in the Air

Join us as we explore our connections to the element of Air!

This includes: breathing practices, getting to know our mental body, the power of spoken wyrd and voice, and reconnecting with our youthful selves in this season of inspiration and revolutionary movements.

In February, we explore the mysteries and tradition of the Celtic High Holy Day of Imbolc, the time of Brigid and the sprouting of fresh seeds within our psyches. In march, we turn our attention to the sacred dance of the polarities with Ostara, the Spring Equinox, as we witness the play of the light and dark finding harmony. And in April, we gather our core values and practice speaking our new realities into being for the highest and deepest good.

I do hope you are able to join us!
